Grilled Bourbon Street Wings
- 3 lbs - Chicken wings and drummettes
- One Bottle - Twisted Chile, Bourbon Street Glaze
- Extra virgin olive oil spray
Brush Wings very lightly with oil.
Prepare the grill for direct cooking and indirect cooking over medium heat (350 to 450 degrees F) and brush the grill grates clean.
Grill wings over direct heat, with the lid closed as much as possible, turning once or twice, until the skin turns lightly crisp, around 10 to 12 minutes
Move wings to indirect heat and lightly brush on all sides with Twisted Chile Bourbon Street Glaze.
Continue to cook, with the lid closed as much as possible, until the wings are cooked through, around 12 to 15 minutes more
Serve wings straight from the grill with plenty of napkins.
Serve with additional Twisted Chile Bourbon Street Glaze.
