- 8 - Whole Flour Tortillas
- Butter or Margarine
- 3 Whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Cups - Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Whole Jalapeno, sliced
- Cilantro - Chopped
- Twisted Chile Fire Roasted Salsa - Original.
Salt and pepper chicken breast and grill in a little oil till done.
Cool/dice into 3/4" cubes.
Warm griddle over medium heat and put butter or margarine in pan.
Place tortilla in pan and fill half side with chicken, cheese, jalapeño and a little bit of Fire Roasted Salsa.
Flip the empty side of tortilla over to cover ingredients and continue browning.
Once lightly browned on bottom, turn over and do the same to other side.
Cut into wedges and serve with Twisted Chile Fire Roasted Salsa.
Recipe works with with either original or spicy Fire Roasted Salsa.
