Black Pepper Beef Satay

  • 1 lb. - NY Strip Steak or Steak of your choosing
  • 1 - Twisted Chile Asian Black Pepper
  • 10-12 Bamboo Skewers (soaked for at least 2 hr.)
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Soak bamboo skewers in water overnight or at least 2 hours.

Cut steak into 1/4" slices.

Place in bowl and coat with Twisted Chile Asian Black Pepper for 1-2 hours, threading the steak in and out till complete.

Prepare grill, or heat a griddle.

Cook skewered beef thoroughly, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve with additional Twisted Chile Asian Black Pepper on a bed of white rice or asian noodles with grilled vegetables.
